细胞免疫组化在胸腔积液细胞块切片病理检测中的应用探究

Exploring the Application of Cellular Immunohistochemistry in Pathological Detection of Cell Block Sections in Pleural Effusion

分析在胸腔积液细胞块病理检测工作中应用细胞免疫组化的诊断价值。选取2021年12月—2023年7月贵州医科大学第二附属医院收治的60例胸腔出现积液的患者作为研究对象,每位患者均进行胸腔积液病理检查,比较细胞涂片病理学检查法与细胞块切片免疫组化染色病理学检查法对60份胸腔积液标本进行病理诊断的结果。结果显示,细胞块切片免疫组化染色病理学检查的阳性检出率更高(P<0.05)。细胞块切片免疫组化染色病理学检查法的诊断准确率更高(P<0.05)。研究发现,细胞块切片免疫组化染色技术在胸腔积液病理诊断中具有较高的应用价值。

Analyze the diagnostic value of applying cellular immunohistochemistry in pathological detection of cell masses in pleural effusion.Sixty patients with pleural effusion admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from December 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Each patient underwent pathological examination of pleural effusion,and the pathological diagnosis results of 60 pleural effusion specimens were compared using cell smear pathology and cell block immunohistochemical staining pathology.The results showed that the positive detection rate of immunohistochemistry staining pathology in cell block sections was higher(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of the immunohistochemical staining pathological examination method for cell block sections is higher(P<0.05).Research has found that the immunohistochemical staining technique of cell block sections has high application value in the pathological diagnosis of pleural effusion.
