干扰素雾化吸入治疗手足口病疗效研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Interferon Nebulization Inhalation in the Treatment of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

分析干扰素雾化吸入治疗手足口病的疗效。选取2022年5月—2023年6月玉屏侗族自治县人民医院收治的40例手足口病患儿为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例。对照组实施常规用药,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用干扰素雾化吸入治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,观察组白细胞数目、淋巴细胞数目、淋巴细胞百分比、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),总病程短于对照组(P<0.05),各项症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,手足口病患儿在常规用药的基础上,加用干扰素雾化吸入治疗可进一步提高疗效,改善症状,缩短恢复周期。

Analyze the efficacy of interferon nebulization inhalation in the treatment of hand,foot,and mouth disease.Forty children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to Yuping Dong Nationality Autonomous Country People’s Hospital from May 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received routine medication,while the observation group received interferon nebulization inhalation therapy in addition to the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the number of white blood cells,lymphocyte count,lymphocyte percentage,and C-reactive protein level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total course of disease was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of various symptoms was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that in addition to conventional medication,the use of interferon nebulization inhalation therapy in children with hand-foot-mouth disease can further improve efficacy,improve symptoms,and shorten recovery cycles.
