老年四肢骨折患者术后采用中药热罨包的临床应用效果研究

Clinical Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Pouches on Elderly Patients with Limb Fractures after Surgery

评估老年四肢骨折患者术后采用中药热罨包的临床应用效果。选取2021年4月—2023年4月遵义市中医院收治的60例符合四肢骨折指征的老年患者为研究对象,运用抛币法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规康复治疗,研究组实施中药热罨包治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。研究发现,对老年四肢骨折患者术后实施中药热罨包治疗,可改善患者四肢肿胀情况、有效缓解患者疼痛、缩短患者住院时间,降低并发症发生率,值得应用推广。

Evaluate the clinical application effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot pouches on elderly patients with limb fractures after surgery.Sixty elderly patients who met the indications for limb fractures admitted to Zunyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group using the coin throwing method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,while the research group received traditional Chinese medicine hot poultice therapy.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Research has found that implementing traditional Chinese medicine hot poultice therapy for elderly patients with limb fractures after surgery can improve limb swelling,effectively alleviate pain,shorten hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of application and promotion.
