中医体质辨识用于社区老年高血压患者健康管理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Identification on Health Management of Elderly Hypertensive Patients in Communities

探讨中医体质辨识用于社区老年高血压患者健康管理的效果。选取2022年1月—2023年1月赤水市中医医院收治的90例社区老年高血压患者为研究对象,应用抽签法将其分为参照组和试验组,每组各45例。参照组应用常规管理模式,试验组融合中医体质辨识,对各组相关指标进行检验。研究发现,社区老年高血压患者健康管理中,应用中医体质辨识模式,能够降低患者血压、血脂水平。

Exploring the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification in health management of elderly hypertensive patients in the community.90 elderly hypertensive patients in the community admitted to Chishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a lottery method,with 45 patients in each group.The reference group applied conventional management mode,and the experimental group integrated traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification to test the relevant indicators of each group.Research has found that the application of traditional Chinese medicine constitution recognition mode in the health management of elderly hypertensive patients in the community can reduce their blood pressure and blood lipid levels.
