苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压患者的效果观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertensive Patients

分析苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压患者的效果。选取2020年7月—2022年4月关岭县断桥镇卫生院收治的110例高血压患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对比组和观察组,每组各55例。对比组实施硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组实施苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。研究发现,苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压患者的临床效果突出,可改善患者各项临床指标,不良反应较少,安全性良好,值得推广。

Analyze the efficacy of levamlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of hypertensive patients.110 hypertensive patients admitted to the Duanqiao Town Health Center in Guanling County from July 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets,while the observation group was treated with levamlodipine besylate tablets.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Research has found that levamlodipine besylate tablets have outstanding clinical effects in treating hypertensive patients,can improve various clinical indicators,have fewer adverse reactions,and have good safety,which is worth promoting.
