摘要
在临床护理领域,人文关怀(humanistic care)作为一种理念和实践,越来越受到重视。传统的医疗模式往往重视疾病本身的治疗和生物医学技术,常常忽视患者的个体需求和情感支持。然而,随着医疗技术的进步和人们对医疗服务质量要求的提高,人文关怀成为提高护理质量和患者满意度的重要措施。其强调将患者置于关怀的中心,将患者视为全面的个体,注重患者身体、心理、社交和精神需求,强调尊重患者的权利和尊严,倡导医护人员与患者之间建立亲密的关系,医护人员通过倾听、理解和支持,满足患者的需求。研究了临床护理中人文关怀的目的、方法及意义,并以实例进行分析及验证。
In the field of clinical nursing,humanistic care,as a concept and practice,is increasingly being valued.The traditional medical model often emphasizes the treatment of the disease itself and biomedical technology,often neglecting the individual needs and emotional support of patients.However,with the progress of medical technology and the increasing demand for medical service quality,humanistic care has become an important measure to improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction.It emphasizes placing patients at the center of care,treating them as comprehensive individuals,paying attention to their physical,psychological,social,and spiritual needs,emphasizing respect for their rights and dignity,and advocating for the establishment of close relationships between medical staffand patients.Medical staffmeet patients’needs through listening,understanding,and support.This article mainly studies the purpose,methods,and significance of humanistic care in clinical nursing,and analyzes and verifies them with examples.
