中药溻渍对膝骨关节病的护理疗效研究

Study on the Nursing Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Drowning on Knee Osteoarthropathy

分析中药溻渍对膝骨关节病(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的护理疗效,选取2021年1月—2023年1月泸州市中医医院收治的78例KOA患者为研究对象,采用NRC分组方法(根据患者的意愿)分为两组,分别为溻渍组和红花油组,每组各39例。对两组患者均行常规护理,溻渍组患者在此基础上联合外膝方中药溻渍法,红花油组患者在此基础上联合红花油涂搽患膝。对比两组患者护理疗效。结果显示,中药溻渍与红花油涂搽两种干预措施疗效相当,均能改善KOA患者的临床症状;在改善KOA患者的肿胀、关节活动功能方面,中药溻渍组和红花油组疗效相当;按照操作规范标准进行干预,两种外治方法安全性较高。

To analyze the nursing efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine drowning on knee osteoarthritis(KOA),78 KOA pa-tients admitted to Luzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and the NRC grouping method was used(according to the wishes of patients)to divide into two groups,drowning group and safflower oil group,with 39 cases in each group.Routine nursing was provided to both groups of patients,and the patients in the drowning group were combined with the external knee traditional Chinese medicine drowning method on this basis,and the patients in the safflower oil group were combined with safflower oil to rub the affected knee on this basis.The efficacy of patient care was compared between the two groups.The results showed that the efficacy of the two interventions of traditional Chinese medicine drowning and safflower oil coating was similar,and both could improve the clinical symptoms of KOA patients.In terms of improving the swelling and joint mobility function of patients with KOA,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine drowning group and safflower oil group was similar.Intervention was carried out in accordance with the standard of operation,and the safe-ty of the two external treatment methods was high.
