早期综合康复护理对脑瘫患儿的干预效果评估

Evaluation of the Intervention Effect of Early Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Children with Cerebral Palsy

探讨早期综合康复护理对脑瘫患儿的干预效果。选取2021年4月—2023年4月贵阳市妇幼保健院收治的80例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法平均分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施早期综合康复护理干预,比较两组患儿的康复总有效率,GMFM、ADL、BBS评分和家属满意度。结果显示,观察组患儿康复总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患儿的GMFM、ADL、BBS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属满意度为97.50%,高于对照组77.50%(P<0.05)。研究发现,对脑瘫患儿展开早期综合康复护理可提高康复效果,帮助患儿消除异常姿势,恢复正常发育,提高患儿运动功能、平衡功能、日常生活能力,家属满意度高,值得推广。

Explore the intervention effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on children with cerebral palsy.80 children with cerebral palsy admitted to Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,namely the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention.The total recovery efficiency,GMFM,ADL,BBS scores,and family satisfaction of the two groups of children were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the GMFM,ADL,and BBS scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that early comprehensive rehabilitation care for children with cerebral palsy can improve rehabilitation effectiveness,help them eliminate abnormal postures,restore normal development,improve their motor function,balance function,and daily living ability.Family satisfaction is high,and it is worth promoting.
