摘要
比较超声骨刀微创拔牙法与传统拔牙法拔除下颌水平阻生智齿的临床效果。选取2021年7月—2023年7月贵州水矿控股集团有限责任公司总医院收治的80例下颌水平阻生智齿患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间以及随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。观察组患者应用超声骨刀微创拔牙法,对照组患者应用传统拔牙法,比较两组患者的临床效果以及并发症情况。结果显示,观察组患者的临床治疗有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,超声骨刀微创拔牙法在拔除下颌水平阻生智齿方面具有明显的临床优势,该方法的临床治疗有效率较高,可以有效地拔除阻生智齿并且降低术后并发症的发生率,加快患者的康复速度。因此,超声骨刀微创拔牙法是一种值得推荐的拔除下颌水平阻生智齿的方法。
Compare the clinical effects of minimally invasive tooth extraction using ultrasound bone knife and traditional tooth extraction methods in extracting mandibular horizontally impacted wisdom teeth.80 patients with mandibular horizontal impacted wisdom teeth admitted to Guizhou Shuikuang Holdings Group Co.,Ltd.General Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group based on admission time and random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group patients were treated with ultrasonic bone knife minimally invasive tooth extraction method,while the control group patients were treated with traditional tooth extraction method.The clinical effects and complications of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the clinical treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the ultrasonic bone knife minimally invasive tooth extraction method has significant clinical advantages in extracting mandibular level impacted wisdom teeth.This method has a high clinical treatment effectiveness rate,which can effectively remove impacted wisdom teeth and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,accelerating patient recovery speed.Therefore,ultrasonic bone knife minimally invasive tooth extraction method is a recommended method for extracting mandibular horizontally impacted wisdom teeth.
