中药治疗突发性耳聋的meta分析

A Meta-analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness

通过归纳分析中药治疗突发性耳聋的文献,探究中药治疗突发性耳聋的可靠性和有效性,为中药治疗突发性耳聋提供临床思路。利用计算机在PubMed、维普全文期刊数据库、万方数据库、中国知网数据库进行筛选,收集中药治疗突发性耳聋的随机对照研究试验数据,选择符合研究标准的文献,采用系统的方法学评价,并用RevMan5.2软件对符合研究标准的随机对照研究数据进行meta分析。结果显示,14篇文章符合纳入标准,其中5篇文献明确记录了不良反应;中药联合西药治疗突发性耳聋的效果优于单纯使用西药治疗法(P<0.05)。研究发现,中药联合西药治疗突发性耳聋的效果显著,副作用小,安全性高。

By summarizing and analyzing the literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness,this paper explores the reliability and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness,and provides clinical ideas for the treatment of sudden deafness by traditional Chinese medicine.The computer was used to screen in PubMed,Weipu full-text journal database,Wanfang database and CNKI database,collect the randomized controlled study trial data of tradi-tional Chinese medicine for the treatment of sudden deafness,select the literature that meets the research standards,adopt system-atic methodological evaluation,and use RevMan5.2 software to conduct meta-analysis of the randomized controlled study data that meet the research standards.The results showed that 14 articles met the inclusion criteria,of which 5 clearly recorded adverse effects;The effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness was better than that of western medicine alone(P<0.05).Studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medi-cine in the treatment of sudden deafness has significant effects,few side effects and high safety.
