阿托伐他汀钙片治疗早期脑梗死患者的疗效研究

Study on the Effect of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in Patients with Early Cerebral Infarction

探究阿托伐他汀钙片治疗早期脑梗死患者的效果。选取2022年1月—2023年6月织金县人民医院收治的72例早期脑梗死患者为研究目标,运用奇偶分组法将患者分为两组,为参照组、试验组,两组均36例。参照组患者应用常规剂量阿托伐他汀钙片治疗方案,试验组患者应用阿托伐他汀强化治疗方案。分析两组患者治疗情况。结果显示,试验组临床治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05),神经功能评分优于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者HDL-C水平均升高,且试验组高于参照组(P<0.05);两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平均降低,且试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,应用阿托伐他汀强化治疗方案,能够提高早期脑梗死患者的疗效,改善患者的肢体功能、神经损伤程度。

To explore the effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets in patients with early cerebral infarction.A total of 72 patients with early cerebral infarction admitted to Zhijin County People’s Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research target,and the patients were divided into two groups by the parity grouping method,the reference group and the exper-imental group,with 36 cases in both groups.The patients in the reference group were treated with the conventional dose of ator-vastatin calcium tablets,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with atorvastatin intensive therapy.The treatment of patients in both groups was analyzed.The results showed that the overall effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05)and the neurological function score was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treat-ment,HDL-C levels were elevated in both groups,and the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C were reduced in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Studies have found that the use of atorvastatin intensive treatment can improve the efficacy of patients with early cerebral infarction,improve the degree of limb function and nerve damage.
