交联透明质酸钠凝胶联合芬吗通预防宫腔粘连分离术后再粘连的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Cross-linked Sodium Hyaluronate Gel Combined with Fenmaton on Prevention of Re-adhesion after Separation of Intrauterine Adhesions

探究宫腔用交联透明质酸钠凝胶(宫安康)联合芬吗通对宫腔粘连分离术后再粘连的预防效果。选取2022年1月1日—2022年12月31日贵阳市妇幼保健院收治的181例宫腔粘连患者作为研究对象,通过奇、偶(1/0)方式将其分为对照D组与观察G组,对照D组100例患者,观察G组81例患者。对照D组使用芬吗通干预,观察G组使用交联透明质酸钠凝胶联合芬吗通干预。比较不同干预方式下患者的相关情况。结果显示,观察G组治疗有效率高于对照D组(P<0.05);观察G组宫腔形态恢复优良率高于对照D组(P<0.05);观察G组宫腔粘连评分(AFS)低于对照D组(P<0.05);观察G组宫腔再粘连发生率低于对照D组(P<0.05)。研究发现,交联透明质酸钠凝胶联合芬吗通可有效降低宫腔粘连分离术后再粘连发生率,改善患者宫腔粘连情况,值得在临床中推广使用。

To explore the preventive effect of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel(Gong Ankang)combined with Fenmaton in uterine cavity on re adhesion after separation of uterine cavity adhesion.181 patients with intrauterine adhesions admitted to Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group D and observation group G using odd and even(1/0)methods,with 100 patients in control group D and 81 patients in observation group G.The control group D was intervened with Fenmaton,and the observation group G was intervened with cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel and Fenmaton.Compare the relevant situations of patients under different intervention methods.The results showed that the effective rate of treatment in Group G was higher than that in Group D(P<0.05);The excellent and good rate of uterine cavity morphology recovery in Group G was higher than that in Group D(P<0.05);The intrauterine adhesions score(AFS)in group G was lower than that in group D(P<0.05);The incidence of intrauterine adhesions in Group G was lower than that in Group D(P<0.05).The study found that the cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel combined with Fenmaton can effectively reduce the incidence of re adhesion after the separation of intrauterine adhesions and improve the intrauterine adhesions of patients,which is worth popularizing in clinical use.
