加速康复理念干预对老年胃癌根治患者术后胃肠功能恢复及预后的影响研究

Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Concept Intervention on Gastrointestinal Function recovery and Prognosis in Elderly Patients with Gastric Cancer after Radical Surgery

分析加速康复理念干预的应用效果。选取2022年1月—2022年12月复旦大学附属中山医院普外科收治的62例老年胃癌根治手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽样法将其分为观察组、对照组,每组31例。对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组实施加速康复理念护理模式。比较两组患者恢复情况。结果显示,观察组胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组生活质量评分、疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,应用加速康复理念干预,可促进胃癌患者术后早期康复,提高患者的生活质量。

To analyze the application of accelerated rehabilitation concept intervention.A total of 62 elderly patients undergoing radical operation for gastric cancer from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into 31 cases in each group by random sampling.The control group adopted routine nursing mode,and the observation group adopted accelerated rehabilitation nursing concept.The difference of postoperative prognostic index,quality of life score and pain score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Finally,the difference of satisfaction between the two groups was compared.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life score and pain score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);The quality of life score after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the pain score was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The application of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation is helpful to promote early postoperative rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer,and can be widely used.
