综合护理干预在重症心肌炎合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用研究

Application of Comprehensive Care Interventions in Patients with Severe Myocarditis and Respiratory Failure

探究综合护理干预在重症心肌炎合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。选择2019年1月—2021年6月在贵州省人民医院接受治疗的80例重症心肌炎合并呼吸衰竭的患者作为研究对象。通过随机数字表法将其分为两组:对照组和观察组,每组各有40人。对照组的患者接受常规护理,而观察组的患者则在常规护理的基础上增加了综合护理。通过比较两组患者的护理效果,评估不同护理方法对患者的影响。对比可知,在干预后,观察组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。同时,观察组患者的护理总满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。此外,观察组患者的心功能指标和动脉血气指标也更优(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对重症心肌炎合并呼吸衰竭患者实施综合护理干预,有助于改善患者负性情绪与心功能指标,具有一定的推广价值。

To investigate the effects of integrated care interventions in people with severe myocarditis and respiratory failure.A total of 80 patients with severe myocarditis complicated with respiratory failure who were treated in Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method:a control group and an observation group,with 40 people in each group.Patients in the control group received usual care,while patients in the observation group added comprehensive care to usual care.The effects of different nursing approaches on patients were assessed by comparing the outcomes of care in the two groups.In comparison,after the intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,cardiac function and arterial blood gas indexes were also better in the observation group(P<0.05).It is found that the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with severe myocarditis complicated with respiratory failure can help improve the negative mood and cardiac function indicators of patients,and has certain promotion value.
