摘要
探究康复护理干预对脑梗死患者吞咽障碍的改善效果。选取2021年10月1日—2022年10月31日遵义市第一人民医院收治的83例脑梗死吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(41例,实施常规护理干预)、观察组(42例,实施康复护理干预),比较两组患者护理效果。结果显示,观察组患者SF分级情况较优(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者NIHSS评分较低(P<0.05),Barthel评分、FMA评分以及生活质量评分较高(P<0.05)。研究发现,对脑梗死吞咽障碍进行康复护理,能有效改善患者吞咽功能,提高生活质量,提升康复治疗效果,值得推广。
To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the improvement of swallowing disorders in patients with cerebral infarction.A total of 83 patients with cerebral infarction swallowing disorder admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Zunyi from October 1,2021 to October 31,2022 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into control group(41 cases,implementing routine nursing intervention)and observation group(42 cases,implementing rehabilitation nursing intervention)by random number table method,and comparing the nursing effects of the two groups.The results showed that the SF grade of the observation group was excellent(P<0.05),and after nursing,the observation group had low NIHSS score(P<0.05),Barthel score,FMA score and quality of life score(P<0.05).Studies have found that rehabilitation nursing of cerebral infarction swallowing disorders can effectively improve patients’swallowing function,quality of life,and improve the effect of rehabilitation treatment,which can be promoted.
