摘要
探讨彩超血管回声跟踪技术(Echo Tracking,ET)对吸烟者颈动脉弹性的检测应用效果。选择58例有吸烟史者作为研究组,同时选择58例无吸烟史者作为对照组。两组均接受超声诊断,利用回声跟踪技术检测颈动脉收缩期内径(Ds)、舒张期内径(Dd)、压力应变弹性指数(Ep)、弹性指标参数(β)和顺应性(Ac)、脉搏波放大指数(AI)及单点脉搏波传递速度(PWVβ)并记录。结果显示,研究组与对照组间Ds-Dd和AI值(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义,即吸烟患者与正常人间差别无意义;研究组与对照组间Ep、PWVβ和β值(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,即吸烟患者股动脉测值高于正常人;研究组与对照组间Ac值(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,即吸烟患者颈动脉顺应性低于正常人。研究发现,超声检查对吸烟者颈动脉弹性的检测应用效果明显,为临床诊断、科研、教学提供了准确、快捷的检测手段和方法。
Explore the application effect of color Doppler ultrasound vascular echo tracking technology on detecting carotid artery elasticity in smokers.58 individuals with a history of smoking were selected as the study group,while 58 non-smokers were selected as the control group.Both groups received ultrasound diagnosis and used echo tracking technology to detect carot-id artery systolic diameter(Ds),diastolic diameter(Dd),pressure strain elasticity index(Ep),and elasticity index parameters(β)Compliance(Ac),Pulse Wave Amplification Index(AI),and Single Point Pulse Wave Transmission Velocity(PWV)(β)And record it.The results showed that the DsDd and AI values were(P>0.05)indicating that there was no statistically significant difference between the study group and the control group,indicating that there was no significant difference between smoking patients and normal individuals;Ep,PWVβandβValue:(P<0.05),indicating that there was a statistically significant difference between the study group and the control group,that is,the measured value of Femoral artery in smoking patients was higher than that in normal people;Ac value(P<0.05),indicating a statistically significant difference between the study group and the con-trol group,indicating that smoking patients have lower carotid artery compliance than normal individuals.Research has found that ultrasound examination has a significant effect on the detection of carotid artery elasticity in smokers,providing accurate and fast detection methods for clinical diagnosis,scientific research,and teaching.
