中西医结合治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Elderly Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Compression Fractures

探讨中西医结合治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。选取2020年1月—2022年10月贵港市中医医院收治的84例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象,依据数字表法将其分为对照组、研究组,每组42例。其中,对照组接受椎体成形术治疗,研究组接受椎体成形术+口服仙灵骨葆片及中医综合治疗(辨证以补肾益髓为法,使用针刺、艾灸、穴位贴敷、中药烫熨),分析两组患者临床疗效。结果显示,研究组治疗后伤椎前缘、中部高度比均高于对照组,且疼痛程度、Cobb角及椎体功能障碍评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折采取中西医结合治疗具有积极意义,能有效改善伤椎前缘高度和Cobb角,降低患者疼痛程度。

Explore the clinical efficacy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of elderly osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures.84 elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures admitted to Guigang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group using the digital table method,with 42 cases in each group.Among them,the control group received vertebroplasty treatment,while the research group received vertebroplasty plus oral Xianling Gubao tablets and comprehensive treatment with traditional Chinese medicine(syndrome differentiation based on tonifying the kidney and marrow,using acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint application,and traditional Chinese medicine ironing).The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was analyzed.The results showed that the height ratio of the anterior and middle edges of the injured vertebrae in the study group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the degree of pain,Cobb angle,and vertebral dysfunction score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the treatment of elderly osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures with a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has positive significance,which can effectively improve the height of the anterior edge of the injured vertebra and Cobb angle,and reduce the degree of pain in patients.
