ICU高血压脑出血患者的循证护理效果研究

The Eff ect of Evidence-based Nursing on Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Patients in ICU and its Impact on the Incidence of Compli-cations

研究重症监护病房(ICU)高血压脑出血患者的循证护理效果。选取2021年1月—2023年3月泸州市中医医院收治的80例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施常规护理与循证护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果显示,干预后,研究组并发症发生率、负面情绪评分均低于对照组,健康状况评分、舒适状况评分、心理弹性评分、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,循证护理能够有效减少并发症,提高患者健康水平。

Study the evidence-based nursing effectiveness and its impact on the incidence of complications in patients with hy-pertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the intensive care unit(ICU).80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Luzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the research group received both routine and evidence-based care.The nursing outcomes of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after intervention,the incidence of complications and negative emotion scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the health status score,comfort status score,psychological resilience score,and nursing satisfaction score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that evidence-based care can effectively reduce complications and improve patients’health levels.
