摘要
探讨标准化交接班模式在ICU护理交接班中的应用情况,并探索标准化交接班模式与交接班水平的关联,为提高ICU交接班质量和保证患者安全提供参考。本研究于2022年11月—12月,通过方便抽样的方法,选取140名正在从事ICU临床护理工作的护士作为研究对象,应用护理交接班评价量表(Handover Evaluation Scale,HES)评价交接班水平,采用多元线性回归分析标准化交接班模式与交接班水平的关联。结果显示,采用标准化交接班模式与未采用标准化交接班模式的交接班水平总分的中位数分别为77(15)、72(25.5),信息质量分别为36(6)、31(12.5),互动支持分别为24(4)、24(6),效率分别为17(5)、17(7)(P<0.05)。多元线性回归模型显示,与未采用交接班模式相比,采用交接班模式显著提高了交接班水平。研究发现,采用标准化交接班模式对提高交接信息质量、交接整体水平有促进作用,存在广泛的应用价值。
Explore the application of standardized handover mode in ICU nursing handover,and explore the correlation between standardized handover mode and handover level,providing reference for improving the quality of ICU handover and ensuring patient safety.This study was conducted from November to December 2022,using a convenient sampling method to select 140 nurses currently engaged in clinical nursing work in the ICU as the research subjects.Apply the Handover Evaluation Scale(HES)to evaluate the level of nursing handover.Use multiple linear regression analysis to examine the correlation between standardized shift handover patterns and shift handover levels.The results showed that the median total scores of handover levels for those who used standardized handover mode and those who did not use standardized handover mode were 77(15)and 72(25.5),respectively.The information quality was 36(6)and 31(12.5),and the interactive support was 24(4)and 24(6),respectively.The efficiency was 17(5)and 17(7),respectively(P<0.05).The multiple linear regression model shows that compared to not using the handover mode,using the handover mode significantly improves the handover level.Research has found that adopting a standardized handover mode has a promoting effect on improving the quality of handover information and the overall level of handover,and has broad application value.
