档案后保管范式的理论阐释与实践转向

Theoretical Interpretation and Practical Transformation of Post-archival Custody Paradigm

档案后保管范式是档案管理范式的战略转变,是对电子文件时代整个档案管理活动规律的重新思考。理论层面,可从有机联系观(从实体到概念)、动态整体观(从固化到流动)、知识建构观(从被动到主动)三个维度对档案后保管范式做进一步阐释,进而加深对其基本内容的理解。与此同时,基于对后保管范式下档案实践的观照,发现其逐渐打破传统保管时代思维方式的羁绊,呈现出四个“转向”:档案管理流程转向前端控制和全程管理、档案鉴定焦点转向内容和技术双重观照、档案著录取向转向文件形成背景的描述、档案职业角色转向监督指导和知识服务。

The post-archival custody paradigm is a strategic transformation of archival management paradigm and rethinking of the law of the whole archival management in the era of electronic records.At the theoretical level,we can further explain the post-archival custody paradigm from three dimensions:organic connection view(from entity to concept),dynamic whole view(from solidification to flow)and knowledge construction view(from passive to active),so as to deepen the understanding of its basic content.At the same time,based on the observation of archival practice under the archival post-custodial paradigm,it is found that it gradually breaks the fetters of the traditional mode of custodial thinking and presents four"turns":the archival management process is shifting to frontend control and full-process management;the focus of archival appraisal is shifting to dual attention to content and technology;the orientation of archival description is shifting to the context of records formation;the role of the archival profession is shifting to supervision,guidance and knowledge service.
