热成型透明聚丙烯T5015产品可控流变性能研究

摘要 文章研究热成型透明无规共聚聚丙烯T5015在过氧化物2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基过氧基)己烷(DTBPH)降解剂作用下,产品的流动性能、晶型结构、熔融结晶性能、透明性及力学性能等变化规律。利用可控流变技术,使用双螺杆挤出机制得样品,通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、万能材料试验机及熔体流动速率仪等对热成型透明聚丙烯T5015进行表征分析。结果表明:可控流变技术显著提高产品流动性,样品的熔体流动速率(MFR)与DTBPH添加量呈线性关系。DTBPH的添加对聚丙烯样品的晶型没有影响,但使样品的熔融结晶温度得到提高,结晶度增大。DTBPH添加量在100~600 mg/kg范围内时,随着DTBPH含量的增大,样品的冲击强度和弹性模量减小,但耐热性能得到提升。 The effects of peroxide 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane(DTBPH)degradation agent on flow properties,crystal structure,melt crystallization properties,transparency and mechanical properties of thermoformed transparent random copolymer polypropylene T5015 were studied.The samples were prepared by twin-screw extrusion using controllable rheological technology.The thermoformed transparent polypropylene T5015 was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),universal material testing machine and melt flow rate meter.The results show that controllable rheological technology significantly improved the fluidity of the product,and melt flow rate(MFR)of the sample is linearly related to the amount of DTBPH added.The addition of DTBPH has no effect on crystal form of the polypropylene sample,bu melting crystallization temperature of the sample is increased and the crystallinity is increased.When the addition amount of DTBPH is in the range of(100~600)mg/kg,with the increase of DTBPH content,impact strength and elastic modulus of the sample decrease,but heat resistance is improved.
