纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料冲击特性研究

Study on Impact Characteristics of Fiber Reinforced Epoxy Resin Composites

摘要 为了对比碳纤维层合板和玻璃纤维层合板的冲击特性,文章制备了环氧树脂碳纤维复合材料(CF_G)层压板和环氧树脂玻璃纤维复合材料(GF_G)层压板。通过低速冲击测试,研究了CF_G层压板和GF_G层压板的动态响应和残余压缩强度。结果表明:与CF_G层压板相比,GF_G层压板承载能力和伸长率较高。GF_G层压板的最大接触力值比CF_G层压板大11%,表明玻璃纤维的引入改变了复合材料的冲击损伤模式,有效地提高了复合材料的抗冲击性能和残余压缩强度。 In order to compare the impact properties of carbon fiber laminates and glass fiber laminates,epoxy carbon fiber composites(CF_G)laminates and epoxy glass fiber composites(GF_G)laminates were prepared.The dynamic response and residual compressive strength of CF_G laminates and GF_G laminates were studied by low-velocity impact test.The results show that compared with CF_G laminates,GF_G laminates have higher bearing capacity and elongation.The maximum contact force of GF_G laminates is 11%larger than that of CF_G laminates,indicating that the introduction of glass fiber changes the impact damage mode of the composites and effectively improves the impact resistance and residual compressive strength of the composites.
