摘要
在新时期天然气长输管线工程配套阀室项目建设中,行政审批手续简便,施工快速高效,可复制化程度高的露天阀室新建设方案具有重要的意义。本文从露天阀室防爆控制小屋建造设计思路、内部构成、功能特点、应用效益等方面,进行了详细地阐述和分析。防爆控制小屋将传统阀室建设方案的低压配电、控制、网络通讯、安防监控、气体监测、火灾探测等设备高度集成整合在一起,提高了阀室整体的自动控制水平,给露天阀室建设方案提供了技术支撑,在阀室建设前手续办理、建设过程管理、建设工期、工程造价、投产后期运维检修以及批量复制建造等方面具有很多优势,较好地给工程项目建设增值。
