面向海域立体分层确权的海籍体三维模型构建与冲突检测

A three-dimensional model construction and conflict detection method for the three-dimensional hierarchical determination of sea areas

摘要 针对传统平面化海域使用管理框架难以表达海域立体化开发和利用问题,该文将海籍面图形拉伸生成宗海体模型,配以实景模型实现了三维场景下的海籍数据立体分层表达;制定海籍分类体系与用海冲突判断规则,采用闵可夫斯基差碰撞检测算法对体模型进行相交判断,实现三维海籍冲突性分析。研究结果表明,该文实现的三维海籍表达能够直观展示海域立体分层利用情况,三维海籍冲突性分析结果清晰准确,对于三维立体海籍管理新模式的探索与落实具有参考。 In view of the problem that it is difficult to express the three-dimensional development and utilization of sea area in the traditional planar sea area use management framework,the cadastral surface graphics were stretched to generate the Zonghai body model in this paper,and the three-dimensional hierarchical expression of cadastral data in a three-dimensional scene with a realistic model was realized;the cadastral classification system and the rules for judging the conflict of sea use were developed,and the Minkowski collision detection algorithm was adopted to judge the intersection of the body model to realize the three-dimensional cadastral conflict analysis.The results of this study showed that the three-dimensional cadastral conflict analysis achieved in this paper was a good example.The research results showed that the 3D cadastral representation in this paper could visually demonstrate the three-dimensional stratified use of sea area,and the results of 3D cadastral conflict analysis are clear and accurate,which is of reference to the exploration and implementation of the new model of 3D cadastral management.
