数字化转型、要素配置和企业创新效率

Digital Transformation,Element Configuration and Enterprise Innovation Efficiency

基于2013~2020年中国沪深A股制造业上市公司数据,实证研究企业数字化转型对技术创新效率的影响效应和作用机制。结果显示:数字化转型能够显著提升企业技术创新效率,在使用DID模型和工具变量等稳健性检验后该结论仍成立,且数字化转型对企业创新效率呈现倒U型的影响特征。机制分析表明,数字化转型能够通过提高企业间劳动、资本、知识和技术要素的配置效率提升企业技术创新效率;且行业竞争能够增强数字化转型对创新效率的促进效应。为强化数字化转型对企业创新的促进作用,应完善数字基础设施,推动数据等新型要素市场建设,发挥市场竞争机制优化要素配置的作用,实现数字经济与企业创新的协同发展。

The deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy is becoming the core driving force for enterprise innovation.This paper uses the data of A-share listed manufacturing companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2013 to 2020 to empirically study the effect and mechanism of digital transformation on technological innovation efficiency.The results show that digital transformation can significantly improve the technological innovation efficiency of enterprises.And this conclusion is still valid after robustness tests such as DID model and instrumental variables.Digital transformation has an inverted U-shaped impact on the innovation efficiency of enterprises;Mechanism analysis shows that digital transformation can improve the efficiency of technological innovation of enterprises by improving the allocation efficiency of labor,capital,knowledge and technology among enterprises.And industry competition can enhance the promotion effect of digital transformation on innovation efficiency.To strengthen the role of digital transformation in promoting enterprise innovation,we should improve the digital infrastructure,promote the construction of new factor market such as data,enhance market competition mechanism to optimize the allocation of factors,and realize the coordinated development of digital economy and enterprise innovation.
