黄芪抗肿瘤活性成分及其作用机制研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 目的 对黄芪抗肿瘤活性成分及其作用机制进行综述,以期为研究黄芪相关的新型临床抗肿瘤药物提供思路与启发。方法 对大量国内外相关文献进行查阅、比较与分析,并对其进行归纳整理与综述。结果 黄芪具有多种活性成分,其抗肿瘤作用成分研究主要集中于多糖类、皂苷类以及黄酮类成分,且对多种癌症,包括乳腺癌、肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肺癌、卵巢癌等都具有明显的抑制作用。此外,黄芪抗肿瘤的作用机制具有多样性,主要涉及调节免疫、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭与转移、调控肿瘤细胞自噬、逆转肿瘤多药耐药等方面。结论 黄芪药用历史悠久,是抗肿瘤中药中出现频率最高的药味之一。目前对其抗肿瘤的分子机制研究在调节机体免疫力、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡等方面较为深入,但是针对黄芪发现安全有效的抗肿瘤药物相对较少,明确黄芪抗肿瘤活性成分,发现新的有效成分以及探究其作用机制仍是黄芪抗肿瘤研究的主要任务之一。 Objective To review the anti-tumor active ingredients of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and its mechanism of action,with the aim of providing ideas and inspiration for the research of new clinical anti-tumor drugs related to Huangqi(Astragali Radix).s Methods A large amount of domestic and foreign related literature was collected,compared and analyzed for the review.s Results Huangqi(Astragali Radix)has a variety of active ingredients,and the study of its anti-tumor action components mainly focused on polysaccharides,saponins and flavonoids,and it has obvious inhibitory effects on a variety of cancers,including breast cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,colorectal cancer,lung and ovarian cancer.In addition,the anti-tumor mechanism of action of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)is diverse,mainly involving immune regulation,inhibition of tumor cell proliferation,induction of tumor cell apoptosis,inhibition of tumor cell invasion and metastasis,regulation of tumor cell autophagy and reversal of tumor mul-tidrug resistance.n Conclusion Huangqi(Astragali Radix)has a long history of medicinal use and is one of the most frequently used Chinese medicine for anti-tumor.At present,the research on its anti-tumor molecular mechanism is more in-depth in regulating body immunity,inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and inducing tumor cell apoptosis,but relatively few safe and effective anti-tumor drugs have been found for Huangqi(Astragali Radix),and it is still one of the main tasks of Huangqi(Astragali Ra-dix)anti-tumor research to clarify its anti-tumor active ingredients,discover new active ingredients and investigate its mecha-nism of action.
