基于CiteSpace的治疗血管性痴呆知识图谱分析

Analysis of Knowledge Map of TCM in Treatment of Vascular Dementia Based on CiteSpace

目的 基于CiteSpace软件对中医药治疗血管性痴呆的文献进行可视化分析,探索中医药治疗血管性痴呆的热点现状及前沿趋势,为未来开展中医药治疗血管性痴呆研究工作提供借鉴与参考。方法 在中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure, CNKI)中检索1995年-2021年中医药治疗血管性痴呆的相关文献,使用文献计量学软件Cite Space 5.8 R3对作者、机构、关键词绘制可视化知识图谱,并进行分析。结果 共纳入1544篇文献,总发文量呈稳定上升趋势;目前国内核心作者共103位,其中发文量最高达28篇;广西中医药大学及广西中医药大学第一附属医院是研究中医药治疗血管性痴呆的代表性机构;关键词中探测到前15个高频词为针刺、痴呆、综述、血管性、中药、临床观察、中医、针灸疗法、中医药、认知功能、临床研究、实验研究、电针、大鼠、海马。结论 中医药治疗血管性痴呆领域中已形成7个合作较为紧密的研究团队,但部分团队作者间的合作交流有待进一步加强,目前该领域研究热点主要是中西医结合及针药结合治疗,研究趋势从临床观察拓展到实验研究,基于病证结合的中医药治疗血管性痴呆的分子研究正在逐渐兴起,未来该领域研究方向更多地趋向于单味药、中药复方、针刺等的靶点机制研究。

Objective Based on CiteSpace software,to analyze the literature on the treatment of vascular dementia with traditional Chinese medicine and explore the hot current status and cutting-edge trends of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of vascular dementia so as to provide reference for future research on the treatment of vascular dementia with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The related articles of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vascular dementia from 1995 to 2021 was searched in CNKI.The visual knowledge graph of authors,institutions and keywords was drawn and analyzed by using the bibliometric software Cite Space 5.8 R3.Results A total of 1544 articles were included,and the total volume of papers was on the rise steadily.At present,103 core authors in this field have been retrieved in China,among which 28 papers have been published by the authors with the highest publication volume.Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine and the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine were the representative institutions for the study of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vascular dementia.Conclusion Seven cooperative research teams have been formed in the field of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of vascular dementia,but the cooperation and communication among some team authors need to be further strengthened.At present,the research hotspots in this field are mainly integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and the combination of acupuncture and medicine,and the research trend extends from clinical observation to experimental research.The molecular research of traditional Chinese medicine based on disease and syndrome in the treatment of vascular dementia is gradually rising.In the future,the research direction in this field tends to be the target mechanism of single medicine,traditional Chinese medicine compound,acupuncture and so on.
