基于CiteSpace分析针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的研究热点及发展趋势

Analysis of Research Hotspots and Development Trends of Acupuncture Treatment for Allergic Rhinitis Based on CiteSpace

目的 通过分析针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的相关研究,梳理知识结构,总结针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的现状和发展趋势。方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库中针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的相关文献,经Refworks格式转换后,运用CiteSpace科学知识图谱工具绘制相应图谱。通过对合作网络、关键词共现、突现词等的分析,判断研究机构、作者、研究热点与未来趋势。结果 共纳入文献501篇,纳入作者487位,其中发文量最多的为叶永铭,发表5篇文章。发文量最多的机构为成都中医药大学。共有9个关键词出现频次≥30,形成8个关键词聚类标签,出现11个突现词。结论 针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的方法丰富,疗效确切。针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的研究主要集中在疗效观察,临床研究和机制研究较少。需要增加作者间的学习交流,加强机构间合作,完善基础研究,开展更多高质量的循证医学研究。

Objective To analyze the relevant research on acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis,collect the knowledge structure,and summarize the current situation and development trend of acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods The relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis in CNKI database was retrieved,and after the Refworks format was converted,the corresponding map was drawn by the CiteSpace software.Through the analysis of cooperation networks,keyword co-occurrences,prominent words,etc.research institutions,authors,research hotspots and future trends are judged.Results A total of 501 articles were included in the literature,as well as 487 authors.Ye Yongming,published 5 articles,is the author who published the most articles.The institution with the most publication volume is Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 9 keywords appeared in frequency≥30,forming 8 keyword clustering tags,and 11 prominent words appeared.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion are rich in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and have a definite effect.The research on acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis mainly focuses on the observation of efficacy,and there are less clinical studies and mechanism studies.There is a need to increase learning exchanges among authors,strengthen inter-institutional cooperation,improve basic research,and carry out more high-quality evidence-based medical research.
