艾灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效及不良事件Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Clinical Efficacy and Adverse Events of Moxibustion on Treating Ulcerative Colitis

目的 探讨艾灸疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的临床疗效和安全性。方法 应用计算机检索CNKI、WanFang Data、VIP、CBM、PubMed等数据库,整理建库至2022年4月20日以来,艾灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT)结果,以RevMan 5.4软件对上述纳入研究文献进行Meta分析。结果 基于文献分析的结果,最终纳入12项RCT文献进行研究,涉及的总样本量为874例,其中实验组440例、对照组434例。基于Meta分析结果显示,以艾灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床总有效率高于对照组[RR=1.25,95%CI(1.17,1.32),P<0.000 01],不良反应发生率低于对照组[RR=0.35,95%CI(0.15,0.84),P=0.02]。两者相比,差异均有统计学意义。结论 依据目前文献报道的结果可知,不论是配合其他药物,还是单独使用,艾灸对溃疡性结肠炎均有较好的疗效,且临床不良事件发生较少。然而,上述结论仅基于现有的研究结果开展,若要进一步围绕艾灸对UC的治疗效果开展研究及系统性评价其疗效,尚需进一步开展大样本、高质量的RCT研究,方可获得更加可靠的结果。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of moxibustion in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed and other databases were searched by computer.Then,the randomized controlled trials about moxibustion for ulcerative colitis since April 20,2022 were sorted out.Meta-analysis of the included literatures was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results Based on the results of literature analysis,12 RCTS were finally included in this study,involving a total sample size of 874 cases,including 440 cases in the experimental group and 434 cases in the control group.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the total clinical effective rate of moxibustion in the treatment of ulcerative colitis was higher than that of control group[RR=1.25,95%CI(1.17,1.32),P<0.00001],and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group[RR=0.35,95%CI(0.15,0.84),P=0.02].There was statistical difference between the two.Conclusion According to the results reported in the current literature,moxibustion has a good effect on ulcerative colitis,whether it is combined with other drugs or used alone,and the occurrence of clinical adverse events is less.However,the above conclusions are only based on the existing research results.In order to further study the therapeutic effect of moxibustion on UC and systematically evaluate its efficacy,further large-scale and high-quality RCT studies are needed to obtain more reliable results.
