强直性脊柱炎的中医研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine in Anky losing Spondylitis

强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis, AS)是一种以侵犯中轴关节及肌腱附着点为主要临床表现,可导致肌腱韧带钙化、滑膜组织增生的慢性炎性疾病。是风湿科近年来常见的疾病之一,也是近年备受关注的风湿免疫性疾病之一。虽然目前AS的发病机制暂不明晰,但近年来通过结合诸多现代科学治疗手段,中医药在治疗本病的长期时间里积累了大量的临床经验,尤其是在针刺、灸法及贴敷等一些特色疗法方面成效显著。重点对近年来强直性脊柱炎的中医进展方面进行综述,以期为临床治疗AS提供更多的思路和方法。

Ankylosing spondylitis is a chronic inflammatory disease which mainly involves the invasion of axial jionts and ten-don attachment points,which can lead to tendon ligament calcification and synovial tissue hyperplasia.Ankylosing spondylitis is one of the common diseases in rheumatology department which is also one of the rheumatic immune diseases that have attracted much attention in recent years.Although the pathogenesis of AS is not clear at present,in recent years,through the combination of many modern scientific treatment methods,traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated a lot of clinical experience in the treat-ment of this disease for a long time,especially in some characteristic therapies such as acupuncture,moxibustion and application.This article mainly reviews the progress of ankylosing spondylitis in Chinese medicine in recent years,in order to provide more i-deas and methods for clinical treatment of AS.
