数字化导向与企业数字化创新的关系研究 被引量:5

Research on the relationship between digital orientation and enterprise digital innovation

摘要 大数据、人工智能等数字技术的发展促进了企业的数字化转型升级和创新。基于动态能力理论和组织变革准备理论,引入了数字化组织准备作为中介传导机制和数字化能力作为调节作用机制,构建了数字化导向对数字化创新影响机制的理论模型。通过回收的336份有效问卷对文中的假设进行检验,研究结果表明:数字化导向对数字化创新有显著的促进作用;数字化组织准备在数字化导向和数字化创新之间的部分中介作用显著;数字化能力在数字化组织准备与数字化创新之间发挥正向调节作用,并进一步调节数字化组织准备在数字化导向与数字化创新之间的中介作用,即:数字化能力越强,则数字化组织准备的中介效应越显著。研究结果丰富了数字技术赋能企业创新的相关研究,也为企业的信息化、数智化建设提供理论支持和实践借鉴。 The development of digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence has promoted enterprise digital transformation and innovation.At present,the research on the impact of digital orientation on digital innovation is still in the exploratory stage.Based on dynamic capability theory and organizational change readiness theory,this paper introduces digital organizational readiness as the mediating mechanism and digital capability as the moderating mechanism,and constructs a theoretical model of the impact of digital orientation on digital innovation.In this paper,336 sample data of valid questionnaires were collected to conduct an empirical study on the relationship between digital orientation,digital organizational readiness,digital capability and digital innovation.This paper mainly analyzes the mechanism by which digital orientation influences digital innovation though digital organizational readiness in the digital context,and also examines the moderating effect of digital capability on this mechanism.The results show that:Digital orientation is helpful to improve digital innovation;Digital organizational readiness plays a significant mediating role between digital orientation and digital innovation;Digital capacity positively moderates the relationship between digital organizational readiness and digital innovation and further adjust the mediating effect of digital organizational readiness between digital orientation and digital innovation.Namely,the higher the digital capability is,the more significant the mediating effect of digital organizational readiness is.There are three main innovations.First of all,it enriches the research on digital innovation driven by digital technology.Digital innovation is increasingly important for enterprises,but in the context of emerging digital technology,the research related to digital innovation at home and abroad is still in its infancy.Most of the research on digital innovation is mainly from the perspective of information technology and information system rather than from the perspective of management.Although there are many literatures on the driving factors of enterprise innovation,there are only a few on the driving factors of digital innovation.Only a few literatures describe the concept and characteristics of digital innovation,and there are few empirical studies.This paper constructs the mechanism and path of digital orientation on digital innovation,which not only enriches the research of enterprise innovation,but also expands the empirical research related to digital innovation.Secondly,it expands the related research of dynamic capability theory in digital innovation field.Although a large number of studies have supported the relationship between technological capability and innovation from the perspective of dynamic capability theory,there are few studies on the impact of digital capability on digital innovation.Based on the dynamic capability theory,this study explores the process of enhancing digital organizational readiness under digital orientation,and further analyzes the effect path of digital orientation on digital innovation under the intermediary transmission mechanism of digital organizational readiness.Moreover,this study expands the research of organizational change readiness theory in the field of innovation.With digital organization readiness as the starting point,digital orientation as the driving factor and digital innovation as the impact effect,a research framework of digital orientation-digital organization preparation-digital innovation is constructed to clarify the mediating role of digital organization preparation between digital orientation and digital innovation.Finally,it brings digital capability into the research framework,defines the boundary conditions of the impact of digital orientation on digital organization readiness,and further investigates the moderating effect of digital capability in digital orientation and digital innovation through digital organization readiness.This not only helps to clarify the impact mechanism of digital orientation on digital organization readiness,but also inspires follow-up research to explore the impact of the interaction between digital capability and digital organization readiness on digital innovation.
