摘要
为提升风电场智能运维效能,避免风力发电机组桨叶引下线断线并接闪后出现桨叶变形开裂甚至爆炸损毁的风险,该文以桨叶引下线为对象,基于单线电能传输技术、嵌入式技术、GPS定位和4G通信技术提出一种风力发电机组桨叶引下线断线在线监测系统,实现桨叶引下线状态信息的实时获取,无需停机登塔检测。仿真及实验表明,本系统可高效、稳定、准确识别桨叶引下线的断线故障。
In order to improve the efficiency of intelligent operation and maintenance of wind farms and avoid the risk of blades deformation,cracking or even explosion damage after the disconnection of wind turbines blades lower lead,this paper proposes a wind turbines blades lower lead disconnection online monitoring system based on single wire transmission technology,embedded technology,GPS positioning and 4G communication technology.It realizes the real-time collection of the information of the under-blade lead state without stopping and climbing the tower for inspection.Simulations and experiments show that the system can effectively,stably and accurately identify the disconnection fault of the under-blade leads.
