摘要
随着城市居民生活质量的提高和生活节奏的加快,城市中小型开放式中餐厅数量逐渐增多,并与人们的生活密切联系。以往餐厅大多偏重视觉环境设计,而声环境作为影响就餐体验的重要因素并未引起足够的重视。因此,论文研究开放式中餐厅的空间特征和声环境现状,调研济南市112家中小型开放式中餐厅,实测典型餐厅室内声学参数并进行主观问卷调查。分析数据发现,餐厅内存在声压级高、混响时间长、语言清晰度低、语言交流困难等问题。为创造良好的餐厅环境,论文探索兼顾视觉环境改善的声环境优化设计方法,并以典型餐厅为例,提出3种优化方案,模拟其声学参数并评价其视觉环境,证明方案具有良好的环境改善效果,为餐饮空间设计与研究提供参考与借鉴。
With the improvement of people's quality of life and the acceleration of the pace of life,the number of small and medium-sized open-plan Chinese restaurants in cities is gradually increasing and they become increasingly closely related to people's lives.In the past,most restaurants focused on visual environment design,while the acoustic environment,as an important factor affecting people's dining experience,did not attract enough attention.This paper analyzed spatial characteristics and acoustic environment status of open-plan Chinese restaurants,conducted a field survey of 112 small and medium-sized open-plan Chinese restaurants in Jinan,measured the indoor acoustic parameters of typical restaurants,and made a subjective questionnaire survey.Analysis of the data found that there exist problems such as a high sound pressure level,long reverberation time,lower speech intelligibility,and language communication difficulties.Therefore,to create a good indoor environment for the restaurant,it is necessary to explore the optimization design method of the restaurant's acoustic environment that should be considered the improvement of the visual environment.Taking a typical restaurant as an example,the paper proposed three optimized design schemes,simulated its acoustic parameters,and evaluated its visual environment.The schemes were proved with good overall environment improvement effect,and can provide a reference for the design and research of dining space in the future.
