摘要
受投资成本等条件所限,一些供暖系统目前尚未安装热计量装置,难以掌握用户处的热量供需状态。本文针对这一问题,从经济可行性出发,提出1种基于用户处的温度监测数据进行用户工况辨识和节能空间预测的方法。该方法以供热量偏移度和热负荷偏移度2个指标为核心,从热量供需两侧识别用户的实际工况,依据工况稳定时段的热平衡状态预测节能空间。将该方法应用于某实际供暖系统中装有室温表的用户,结果表明各户的工况在室外温度不高于13℃时较平稳且多为过量供热状态,室外温度高于13℃时波动剧烈。在有温度数据记录的时段内,各户的节能空间为5.27%~12.05%,表明系统可能普遍存在供热过量现象,有必要通过热计量手段实现节能。
With limitations such as investment cost,some heating systems have not been installed with heat metering devices at present,which makes it difficult to understand the supply and demand status of heating users.To this end,this paper proposed a method to identify users’conditions and predict energy-saving space based on monitored temperatures from the perspective of economic feasibility.Focusing on two indicators,namely,heat supply deviation and heat load deviation,this method identifies the users’actual conditions from both sides of heat supply and demand,and predicts the energy-saving space according to the heat balance state in the period of stable condition.The method was applied to the users with room temperature recorders in an actual heating system.Results show that the users’conditions are stable and mostly heating oversupply with outdoor temperatures not higher than 13℃,while the conditions strongly fluctuate with outdoor temperatures above 13℃.During the period with temperature records,the energy-saving spaces of the users are 5.27%~12.05%,indicating that heating oversupply may be common in this system,and it is necessary to save energy through heat metering.
