摘要
目的探究二级公立医院中层管理者对二级公立医院文化建设的态度和看法,为推动文化建设,服务医院高质量发展提供参考建议。方法采用目的抽样法,于2022年9?—10月对北京市普仁医院的22名中层管理者进行半结构化访谈,应用扎根理论法分析,借助NVivo 12.0软件对访谈内容进行质性分析。结果经过三级编码,挖掘与医院文化建设相关的自由节点755个、树状节点65个、副范畴12个、主范畴5个,以及"个人认知""组织投入"和"政策保障"3个核心范畴。结论二级公立医院应坚持文化建设与医院发展实际相结合,提高个人认知能力、激发主体能动性,加强组织投入、打造传播平台,完善政策保障、推进制度建设。
Objective To explore the attitude and views of middle managers of secondary public hospitals on the cultural construction of secondary public hospitals,so as to provide reference suggestions for promoting cultural construction and serving the high-quality development of hospitals.Methods Using the purposive sampling method,semi-structured interviews were conducted with 22 middle managers of Beijing Puren Hospital from September to October 2022.Grounded theory method was applied for analysis,and NVivo 12.0 software was used for qualitative analysis of the interview contents.Results After three-level coding,755 free nodes,65 tree nodes,12 categories,5 main categories,and 3 core categories of"personal perception","organizational input"and"policy"related to hospital culture construction were mined.Conclusions Secondary public hospitals should adhere to the combination of cultural construction and the actual development of the hospital,improve personal cognitive abilities,stimulate subjective initiative,strengthen organizational investment,create communication platforms,improve policy guarantees and promote institutional construction.
