胃癌患者一级亲属的胃癌筛查知识水平及其影响因素研究

Knowledge level and influencing factors of gastric cancer screening among first-degree relatives of gastric cancer patients

目的了解胃癌患者一级亲属的胃癌筛查知识水平及其影响因素,为制定相应的胃癌预防策略提供依据。方法本研究为横断面研究。采用便利抽样法,选取2020年10月1日—2021年12月1日在北京大学肿瘤医院确诊为胃癌患者的一级亲属180名(包括胃癌患者的子女、兄弟姐妹、父母)为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、健康素养管理量表、胃癌筛查知识问卷对胃癌患者一级亲属进行调查。采用单因素分析、Pearson相关分析、多重线性回归分析对胃癌患者一级亲属胃癌筛查知识水平的影响因素进行分析。本研究共发放问卷180份,剔除无效问卷3份,回收有效问卷177份,问卷有效回收率为98.33%。结果177名胃癌患者一级亲属胃癌筛查知识得分为(13.57±5.13)分。年龄、文化程度、宗教信仰是胃癌患者一级亲属胃癌筛查知识水平和胃癌风险因素维度的影响因素(P<0.01);年龄、宗教信仰及健康素养中的交流互动能力是胃癌预警症状维度的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论胃癌患者一级亲属的胃癌筛查知识处于中等水平,年龄、文化程度、宗教信仰、健康素养中的交流互动能力是其影响因素。

Objective To understand the knowledge level and influencing factors of gastric cancer screening among first-degree relatives of patients with gastric cancer,so as to provide basis for formulating corresponding gastric cancer prevention strategies.Methods This study was a cross-sectional study.Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 180 first-degree relatives of patients diagnosed as gastric cancer(including children,siblings and parents of gastric cancer patients)in Peking University Cancer Hospital from October 1,2020 to December 1,2021 were selected as the research objects.The general information questionnaire,Health Literacy Management Scale and Gastric Cancer Screening Knowledge Questionnaire were used to investigate the first-degree relatives of gastric cancer patients.Univariate analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the factors influencing the knowledge level of first-degree relatives of patients with gastric cancer.A total of 180 questionnaires were sent out in this study,3 invalid questionnaires were excluded,and 177 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 98.33%.Results The score of gastric cancer screening knowledge among 177 first-degree relatives of patients with gastric cancer was(13.57±5.13).Age,education level and religious belief were the influencing factors of the knowledge level of first-degree relatives of patients with gastric cancer screening and the dimension of gastric cancer risk factors(P<0.01).Age,religious belief and communication and interaction ability in health literacy were the influencing factors of early warning symptoms of gastric cancer(P<0.01).Conclusions The knowledge level of first-degree relatives of patients with gastric cancer is in the middle level,and age,educational level,religious belief and communication and interaction ability in health literacy are the influencing factors.
