摘要
根据机载雷达环控系统设计要求,以机载雷达为研究对象,对比不同环控系统的方案,风冷冷却方式对飞机改装工作量少,更具可行性,介绍了环控系统的设备构成及原理,论述了各仿真参数的选择,对机载雷达天线罩内的温度场和流场进行了仿真分析,验证了环控系统的设计方案合理性。选取天线的不同当量导热系数进行仿真计算,得出了天线表面温度随当量导热系数的变化规律,并通过飞行试验实测天线温度值,实测值与仿真计算结果误差为1.3℃,验证了仿真计算结果的可靠性和仿真方法的可行性,为机载雷达环控系统的优化设计提供了一种可靠方法。
According to the design requirements of the environmental control system of the airborne radar,with airborne radar as an example,compared with different solutions of environmental control system,forced air cooling is selected due to its advantages of less modifications to the aircraft and feasible,the key points of its designing,including contents,illustrates the control principle and parameters of simulation are introduced in detail.The temperature field and air flow field in the radome are simulated and analyzed to verify the rationality of the design scheme.Different equivalent thermal conductivities of the antenna are selected to obtain variation rule of antenna surface temperature with equivalent thermal conductivity,the reliability of the simulation result is verified by the antenna temperature that measured in real flight test,which has an error of 1.3℃ with simulation calculation result.In conclusion,a practical and feasible scheme is provided for the optimal design of the environmental control system in the airborne radar.
