摘要
高考评价体系是高考内容改革的理论支撑和实践指南,也是高中教学实践的指挥棒。核心素养是关注人全面发展的育人理念,已成为课程与教学改革新的目标指向。二者作为当前我国基础教育改革的两大主题,对于学校课程实施具有双重指导作用。就逻辑关系而言,核心素养引领高考评价体系的走向,高考评价体系驱动核心素养的落地。为实现高考评价体系的完善和核心素养的落地,应通过确立核心素养统领的高考评价体系、深化高考评价体系“四层”的内在关联、细化高考评价体系“四翼”的考查要求、优化“四层四翼”考查载体的呈现形式这些路径,予以突破。
The assessment framework of national college entrance examination(NCEE)is the theoretical support and practi⁃cal guide of the content reform of NCEE,and also“the baton”of high school teaching practice.The core literacy is the education⁃al concept that pays attention to the all-round development of students and that has become the new goal orientation of curriculum and teaching reform.As two main themes of basic education reform in our country,they both have guiding function for school cur⁃riculum implementation.In terms of logical relations,core literacy leads the assessment framework of NCEE in the right direc⁃tion,while the assessment framework of NCEE prompts the implementation of core literacy.In order to achieve the improvement of the assessment framework of NCEE and the implementation of the core literacy,we should make a breakthrough by establishing the assessment framework of NCEE with the core literacy in the leading position,deepening the internal correlation“four layers”within the assessment framework of NCEE,refining the examination requirements of“four layers and four wings”of the assess⁃ment framework of NCEE,and optimizing the presentation form of the examination carrier of“four layers and four wings”.
