摘要
思想政治教育与国家治理现代化紧密相关,当前有不少关于两者关联性和互动性的论述。思想政治教育服务国家治理现代化具有立场保证、理论解释、价值引导、多元激励和铸魂育人等多重功能价值,思想政治教育通过功能优化配置,不断提升服务国家治理现代化的水平。反之,国家治理现代化以外部压力形式推进思想政治教育,既能够引发思想政治教育的内生动力,又能够促使思想政治教育创新发展的主体自觉。因而思想政治教育与国家治理现代化不仅体现为关联性和互动性,还在存在向度、目的向度与整体向度上具有协同共生、协同前进和协同联动等机制,进而在实践中可从组织协同、资源协同与制度协同等方面优化两者的协同路径。
Ideological and political education is closely related to the modernization of national governance,and there are many discussions on the correlation and interaction between the two.Ideological and political education serves the modernization of national governance with multiple functional values such as position guarantee,theoretical explanation,value guidance,diversified incentives,and soul cultivation.Ideological and political education continuously improves the level of serving the modernization of national governance through functional optimization and allocation.On the contrary,the innovation and development of ideological and political education also need to promote the modernization of national governance,which is mainly reflected in the modernization of national governance in the form of external pressure to promote ideological and political education,as a new journey and new requirements of national governance modernization can trigger the endogenous driving force of ideological and political education.Therefore,ideological and political education and the modernization of national governance are not only in the correlation and interaction,but also have mechanisms such as synergistic symbiosis,coordinated progress and collaborative linkage in the degree of existence,purpose direction and overall dimension.It is necessary to optimize the synergy path between the two from the aspects of organizational coordination,resource coordination and institutional coordination in practice.
