摘要
随着车用LNG气瓶的普及,其定期检验遇到的问题也随之增多。对车用LNG气瓶定期检验的现状做了阐述,并针对目前检验过程中遇到的气瓶增压速度慢、浪费能源及噪音污染的问题提供一种解决方法:为气瓶检测站研制配套一种车用LNG气瓶气体回收、增压、液化、再利用装置。实施后可在不增加能耗的前提下,利用原排放的天然气进行快速增压。其成本低、操作简单,实现了车用LNG气瓶定期检验高效、环保、安全的要求。
With the popularization of vehicle LNG cylinder,the problems encountered in their regular inspection also increase.This paper expounds the present situation of periodic inspection of vehicle LNG cylinder,and provides a solution to the problems of slow pressurization speed,waste of energy and noise pollution encountered in the current inspection process:developing a supporting device for gas recovery,pressurization,liquefaction and reuse of vehicle LNG cylinder for gas cylinder inspection stations.After implementation,the original discharged natural gas can be used for rapid pressurization without increasing energy consumption.It has low cost and simple operation,and realizes the high efficiency,environmental protection and safety of periodic inspection of vehicle LNG cylinder.
