贵州高校中外学生跨文化融合实践路径分析

On a Practice Path of Cross-cultural Integration for Chinese and International Students in Guizhou Colleges and Universities

摘要 来华留学生与中国学生的跨文化融合,不仅能帮助他们更快更好地适应中国文化,而且能为中国学生开启了解其他国家文化的窗口,提升彼此的跨文化沟通能力。通过文献研究、问卷调查和访谈,全面考察了贵州高校中外学生跨文化融合的实践路径,深入调查分析中外学生跨文化融合的现状、方式、内容、特点以及存在的问题。研究认为,要进一步促进贵州高校中外学生跨文化融合,重点在于营造多元国际文化校园氛围、创新中外学生跨文化融合方式、开设国际文化理解和非通用语种课程、提供必要的组织指导和物资保障等。 The cross-cultural integration of international students with Chinese students in Guizhou colleges and universities can not only help them adapt to Chinese culture faster and better,but also open a window for Chinese students to understand other countries'cultures and improve the cross-cultural communication skills at the same time.Through literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,this study comprehensively investigated the practice path of cross-cultural integration of Chinese and international students in Guizhou colleges and universities,deeply investigated and analyzed the current situation,methods,contents,characteristics,difficulties and problems.According to the study,to further promote the cross-cultural integration of Chinese and foreign students in colleges and universities in Guizhou,the key lies in creating a multi-cultural campus atmosphere,innovating the ways of cross-cultural integration of Chinese and international students,offering courses of international cultural understanding and non-common languages,and providing necessary organizational guidance and material support,etc.
