城市夜间旅游公共服务质量评价:基于桂林的实证研究

Evaluation of the Public Service Quality of Urban Night Tourism:A Case Study of Guilin

基于对桂林市夜游场所的实地观测评价和问卷调查数据,利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法测量并分析桂林市夜间旅游公共服务的现状,研究发现:(1)桂林市夜间旅游公共服务处中等水平。(2)旅游公共信息服务、旅游安全保障服务、旅游交通便捷服务、旅游便民服务、旅游行政监管服务的重要程度依次降低,公共信息服务和安全保障服务是夜间旅游发展的关键。(3)便民服务和行政监管服务成桂林市夜间旅游发展的短板。(4)交通便捷服务制约桂林市夜间旅游发展。

Based on the field observation and evaluation of night tours in Guilin City and the relative questionnaire survey,this paper uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to measure and analyze the status quo of public services of Guilin night tourism.The research findings are as follows:(1)Guilin night tourism public services are at an intermediate level;(2)in Guilin tourism,the importance of public information services,safety guarantee services,transportation services,convenience services,and administrative supervision services decreases in turn,with the first two services as the key to night tourism development;(3)Guilin needs to improve its convenience services and administrative supervision services for better development of its night tourism;(4)transportation services curb the development of Guilin night tourism.
