基于产业学院的期货专业应用型人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Model of Applied Talents in Futures Majors Based on Industrial Colleges

期货专业具有鲜明的实践型、应用型特色,反观应用型本科院校期货专业人才培养,存在人才培养与社会需求不对称、课程体系与行业实际相脱节、校企协同育人机制不健全、专业教师实践应用能力有待提升等问题。现代产业学院建设是推进应用型人才培养的有效切入点。依托产业学院建设推进期货专业应用型人才培养,必须强化顶层设计,完善产业学院管理体制机制;围绕学生创新实践能力培养,推进育人模式改革;彰显一体化理念,构筑多主体协同合作平台;聚焦“双师双能”,整合共建师资队伍。

Futures majors have distinct practical and applied characteristics.On the other hand,there are problems in the cultivation of futures professionals in application-oriented undergraduate colleges,such as the asymmetry between talent cultivation and social demand,the disconnection between the curriculum system and industry reality,the imperfect collaborative education mechanism between schools and enterprises,and the need to improve the practical application ability of professional teachers.The construction of modern industrial colleges focuses on application-oriented universities,aiming to cultivate a large number of high-quality application-oriented,compound,and innovative talents needed by the industry.Therefore,relying on the Industrial College to promote the cultivation of applied talents in futures majors,it is necessary to strengthen top-level design and improve the management system and mechanism of the Industrial College;Closely focus on cultivating students' innovative practical abilities and promote the reform of educational models;Highlight the concept of integration and build a multi agent collaborative cooperation platform;Focusing on “dual teachers and dual abilities”,integrating and jointly building a teaching staff.
