低头行为为何令人厌?归因与交谈目的在期望违背对负性情绪变化中的作用

摘要 目的探索低头行为发生时,内部归因和交谈目的在期望违背与负性情绪变化的关系中起到的作用。方法使用期望违背量表、归因量表和情绪量表对240名被试进行施测。结果(1)期望违背显著预测负性情绪变化;(2)内部归因在期望违背和负性情绪变化之间起中介作用;(3)内部归因和负性情绪变化的关系受到交谈目的的调节。结论研究结果揭示了低头行为下的期望违背对负性情绪变化的影响机制,对理解和降低低头行为的负性人际效应具有理论和现实指导意义。 Objective This study examines the role of internal attribution and conversational purpose in the relationship between expectancy violation and negative emotion change when phubbing occurs.Methods This study was conducted among 240 participants using the expectation violation scale,attribution scale and emotion scale.Results(1)Negative emotion change was significantly predicted by expectancy violation;(2)Internal attribution mediated the relationship between expectancy violation and negative emotion change,and(3)Conversational purpose moderated the relationship between internal attribution and negative emotion change.Conclusion The results reveal the influence mechanism of expectancy violation on negative emotion change under phubbing behavior,which has theoretical and practical significance for understanding and reducing the negative interpersonal effects of phubbing behavior.
