摘要
目的本文借助脑电设备与主观量表探究睡眠债对城市轨道交通驾驶员驾驶疲劳及其恢复的影响,为不同睡眠状态下驾驶员安全驾驶时长和休息时长的确定提供一定依据。方法招募4名志愿者分别在短睡眠和长睡眠两种状态下开展模拟驾驶实验,结合脑电指标和主观量表对驾驶员疲劳特性进行分析。结果(1)睡眠债会使驾驶员驾驶前的初始疲劳度增加。(2)睡眠债不会加剧疲劳的累积水平。(3)睡眠债会降低疲劳的恢复水平。结论长睡眠状态下,驾驶员连续驾驶90 min后休息15 min疲劳可基本恢复,短睡眠状态下驾驶员驾驶前已接近轻度疲劳状态,连续驾驶90 min后至少休息30 min。本研究建议驾驶员休息时间依据睡眠状态进行调整,且短睡眠状态下驾驶员连续驾驶时间不超过60 min。
Objective This paper was aimed to explore the effect of sleep debt on driving fatigue and fatigue recovery of urban rail transit drivers by using EEG equipment and subjective scale,so as to provide the psychological basis for determining the safe driving time and rest time of drivers under different sleep conditions.Methods The subjects were allowed to carry out simulated driving experiments in short sleep and long sleep respectively,and the fatigue characteristics of drivers were analyzed in combination with EEG indicators and subjective scales.Results(1)Sleep debt will increase the initial fatigue of drivers before driving.(2)Sleep debt does not exacerbate the cumulative level of fatigue.(3)Sleep debt will reduce the recovery level of fatigue.Conclusion In the long sleep condition,the driver can basically recover from fatigue by taking a rest of 15 minutes after driving for 90 minutes.In the short sleep condition,the driver is close to mild fatigue state before driving,and take a rest of at least 30 minutes after driving for 90 minutes.This study suggests that the rest time of drivers should be adjusted according to the sleep condition,and the continuous driving time of drivers under the short sleep condition should not exceed 60 minutes.
