孕期饮食行为量表的编制与评价

Development and evaluation of the Diet Behavior Scale during pregnancy

目的编制孕期饮食行为评价量表,为临床实践和相关研究的开展提供标准化测量工具。方法通过文献回顾,结合目标人群的质性访谈和专家咨询,确定孕期饮食行为评价的概念模型,形成包含110个条目的孕期饮食行为量表条目池;在济南市、青岛市对前来医院产检的孕妇进行两轮调查,综合运用不同的条目筛选方法进行条目筛选,形成包含6个维度、31个条目的正式量表。再使用正式量表对940名孕妇开展第三轮调查,进行信度、效度和区分度检验。结果量表的Cronbach’s系数为0.91,分半信度系数为0.81,重测信度系数为0.88。验证性因子分析示χ^(2)/df为3.84,RMSEA为0.059,GFI为0.93,AGFI为0.92,NFI为0.91,CFI为0.90。结论本研究所编制的孕期饮食行为评价量表具有良好的信效度,6个维度能较全面地反映孕期饮食行为的特点。

Objective To develop a pregnancy eating behaviour assessment scale to provide a standardized measurement tool for clinical practice and related research.Methods Through literature review,qualitative interviews with the target population and expert consultation,a conceptual model for the evaluation of eating behaviour during pregnancy was identified,and a pool of 110 items was formed for the Pregnancy Eating Behaviour Scale;two rounds of surveys were conducted in Jinan and Qingdao among pregnant women who came to hospitals for maternity check-ups,and different item screening methods were used to select items,resulting in a formal scale with 6 dimensions and 31 items.A third round of survey was conducted with 940 pregnant women using the official scale,and reliability,validity and discrimination tests were conducted.Results The Cronbach's coefficient was 0.91,the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.81 and the retest reliability coefficient was 0.88.The validation factor analysis showed thatχ^(2)/df was 3.84,the RMSEA was 0.059,the GFI was 0.93,the AGFI was 0.92,the NFI was 0.91 and the CFI was 0.90.Conclusions The evaluation scale of eating behavior during pregnancy compiled by this study has good reliability and validity,and the characteristics of eating behavior during pregnancy can be comprehensively reflected in six dimensions.
