“双碳”目标下三星级绿色建筑技术探究——以青岛海天中心T2塔楼为例

本文以青岛海天中心T2塔楼三星级绿色建筑为例,研究其在“双碳”背景下减少碳排放的措施。本文着重分析了该建筑在设计、建造和运营中采取的减碳措施,包括安全耐久、健康舒适、生活便利、资源节约、环境宜居等,从而得出该建筑的碳减排效果和实践经验。本研究为绿色建筑设计提供了有益的借鉴和参考,为推动低碳建筑发展做出了贡献。

This paper takes the three-star Green Building of T2 Tower in Qingdao Haitian Center as an example to study its measures to reduce carbon emissions in the context of"Dual Carbon".It focuses on analyzing the carbon reduction measures implemented in the design,construction,and operation of the building,including safety and durability,health and comfort,convenience of living,resource conservation,and environmental livability,etc..This paper summarizes the carbon reduction effect and practical experience of the building,which could provide reference for Green Building design and contribute to promoting the development of low-carbon buildings.
