浅析钢网架分块累积提升技术

摘要 本文介绍了北京新机场南航基地第四标段工程运控中心钢结构网架屋盖的施工技术,屋盖采用整体液压同步提升+分块累积提升施工技术,该技术是通过液压系统控制整个钢网架的提升过程,钢网架分为两块,第一块提升4.2m后与第二块焊接形成整体,再次提升至设计标高,提升过程中保持各吊点速度同步,确保网架整体的平稳提升。该技术提高了施工效率和安全性,减少了施工周期和人力成本,高效完成了网架屋盖安装任务。 This article introduces the construction technology of the steel structure grid roof of the Operation and Control Center of the Fourth Section of the Beijing New Airport Southern Airlines Base Project.The roof adopts the construction technology of overall hydraulic synchronous lifting+block accumulation lifting.This technology controls the lifting process of the entire steel grid through a hydraulic system.The steel grid is divided into two parts.The first part is lifted by 4.2m and welded with the second part to form a whole,which is then raised to the design elevation again,During the lifting process,keep the speed of each lifting point synchronized to ensure the overall stable lifting of the grid.This technology improves construction efficiency and safety,reduces construction cycles and labor costs,and efficiently completes the installation task of grid roof.
