临沭县李庄村庄规划创新初探

本文在对临沭县李庄村深入调查的基础上,立足村庄规划实际,深刻剖析村庄规划建设存在的问题与困境,以新形势下乡村振兴战略为契机,统筹村域国土空间规划布局,注重历史传承与保护,完善公共配套设施,积极发展第三产业,引领村庄可持续性发展。

Based on an in-depth investigation of Lizhuang Village in Linshu County,this paper deeply analyzes the problems and difficulties in village planning and construction based on the reality of village planning.Taking the rural revitalization strategy under the new situation as an opportunity,it coordinates the spatial planning and layout of village territory,pays attention to the historical inheritance and protection,improves the public supporting facilities,and actively develops the tertiary industry so as to lead the sustainable development of villages.
