生态宜居建设导向下的乡村振兴规划建设探讨

农村是我国经济社会发展的薄弱环节。近年来,在国家新型农村建设政策的引导下,我国新型生态宜居型农村建设初见成果。以生态宜居为导向驱动乡村建设是未来乡村规划与发展的整体思路,突出建设的科学性与生态性,力求实现人与自然的和谐共生。在乡镇规划中要坚守生态底线,找准乡村产业创新发展的着眼点,坚持生态保护与经济发展的协同,实现乡村生态建设与经济发展的“双赢”。本文主要以大埔县三河镇乡村振兴规划为例,探讨如何在乡村振兴规划建设中渗透生态理念,落实绿色建设任务,推动乡村产业振兴,以期为其他区域乡村振兴规划建设提供可借鉴的蓝本。

Rural areas are a weak link in China's economic and social development.Under the guidance of the national new rural construction policy in recent years,China's new ecological and livable rural construction has achieved initial results.The focus of rural construction driven by ecological livability is to,adhere to the overall thinking of rural planning and development,highlight the scientific and ecological nature of construction,and achieve harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.In township planning,we should adhere to the ecological bottom line,identify the focus of innovative development of rural industries,strive for the synergy between ecological protection and economic development,and achieve a"win-win"situation between rural ecological construction and economic development.This paper mainly takes the rural revitalization plan of Sanhe Town,Dabu County as an example,discusses how to integrate the ecological concept in the rural revitalization planning and construction,implement the green construction task,and promote the rural industry revitalization,which could provide a reference blueprint for rural revitalization planning and construction in other regions.
